Defining Moments

Opening Digitas’ Atlanta office in 2008 and making it the network’s fastest growing office within year one. Helping brands such as Delta and IHG overhaul their loyalty programs, including a five week photoshoot around the world to destinations such as the Seychelle Islands, Malta, and Thailand. A tough job, but someone needed to do it. Leading Delta’s social and digital strategy which culminated with the launch of the first airline mobile app. Bringing new products to market at Capital One which promoted responsible financial behavior (in addition to pushing credit card offers which did the opposite).
