the challenge


After partnering with MD Anderson, Baptist Health made a commitment to expand their cancer treatment center in Jacksonville, Fla., in order to meet the growing needs of the region. To thank their donors and the community for being so supportive and generous, they came to three to help create a spectacular event.


the solution


three concepted and created everything from the event logo to the décor, including giant column structures wrapped with images and quotes from donors, physicians and caregivers. An animated video centered the space and brought to life the progress of the expansion while an emotionally compelling patient video kicked off a presentation by the CEO. Oversize banners hung from the tall ceilings of the historic rail station, and live music entertained over 600 attendees celebrating “The Brightest Light in Cancer Care.”

Each year Arch Mortgage Insurance holds a National Sales Meeting for their sales team at a destination resort, where they strengthen bonds and uncover new and better ways to build their business.


the solution


three has been Arch MI’s trusted event planner for seven years straight and has been involved in every step of the process from site selection to concepting and implementation of off-site team-building events. three designs and custom builds all the stage assets and signage throughout the hotel property, handles the on-site AV setup and themes the dinner events each night. We even develop and source awards for top sales performers and takeaway gifts for attendees.

Shaw Floors needed help launching its new line of nylon carpet at an international dealers convention in Texas.

the solution


three developed and executed The World’s Largest Pie Fight on top of Shaw’s Anso™ carpet to prove superior stain resistance. The memorable spectacle involved almost 500 participants as well as 1,200 cherry, chocolate and apple pies. When it was over, Shaw Floors successfully achieved a Guinness World Record. The event garnered significant trade and consumer press attention, and importantly, Shaw retailers couldn’t wait to tell their customers how easily Shaw Anso™ carpet cleaned up, with a great story to prove it.

Beautyrest wanted to launch its new IQ mattress at the annual Las Vegas Market, a week filled with competing attractions from rival companies. three was asked to help create a “can’t miss” event.


the solution


Landing on a futuristic theme to mirror the advancements in the new mattress, three wowed attendees with out-of-this-world staging, décor and performances, all centered around the “Future of Sleep” positioning we developed for the brand. Even the event location was unique and relevant to the unveiling – the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, designed by Frank Gehry.
